  • flexmlsTM Photo - Batch photo upload system for real estate agents. Real Studio and VFP 9.0 OOP system. Includes:
    • Auto resize of images to preset maximum width and height.
    • Reorder of images.
    • Image rotation.
  • Provider Directory System for Blue Cross Blue Shield of MN - VFP 8.0 OOP system.
    • Performed updates for the Medicare Project and added electronic directory output options.
  • "chi" - Customer Service / Adverse Reaction trtacking system for Aveda Corporation - VFP 8.0 OOP system. Includes:
    • Handles multiple types of customer calls and comments.
    • Ability to export reports and data to Excel or RTF file.
    • Ability to create automatic email response to customer request.
    • Creates automatic backups of all transactions.
  • Chamberlain Call Tracking System. VFP 6.0 OOP system to log customer service calls. Includes:
    • Very flexible and fast reporting form.
    • Ability to export reports and data to Excel or RTF file.
    • Data driven main call form self customizes based on each call type.
    • Able to operate remotely using DCOM. VFP COM server runs on Windows NT in Tucson and VFP client runs in Chatsworth CA and Elmhurst IL. Data is transferred via XML.
  • MLStogo! Real estate search system. VFP 8.0 OOP system distributed to approximately 4000 agents by MLS software provider, FBS Data. Enables agents to do offline searching of available properties. Includes:
    • Automatic timed download via the Internet of listing data and pictures.
    • Contact management and Calendar capabilities.
    • Email of listing information to contacts.
    • Mail merge and HTML export of reports.
    • Graphical chart creation for MLS office performance analysis.
    • XML export of listing information.
    • Allows agent to enter new listings offline and upload to main MLS system in batch mode.
  • Academic Student Profile System. VFP 5.0 OOP system for the University of Arizona International College for tracking student information including courses taken and advisor comments.
  • Load Slip / Load Ticket System. VFP 6.0 OOP system to generate loading slips and loading tickets for concrete pipe manufacturer. Maintains inventory of pipe and other parts in yard. Daily export and upload from remote offices to central AS400 system.
